Teaching

I teach because I love to. I love those moments of inspiration when we all simultaneously get a whole new insight into the work. I am so encouraged to witness the remarkable capacity of the people who show up in my classes to dive into the work and draw just what they need from it. I am nourished by the experience and by this I know that it is part of my calling. Those of you who feel inspired to join me in my classes will know if it is your calling too.

I never thought of myself as a teacher until my dear friend Bill said to me, "this is good stuff, if you offer some classes I'll sign up". I was talking to him about my experience of healing through working with the chakras, and telling him of two books that had been profoundly helpful to me, Carolyn Myss' 'Anatomy of the Spirit' and Anodea Judith's 'Eastern Body Western Mind'. That was the beginning of what has become a nourishing and rewarding part of my life. I offered my first Chakra Healing course with Bill as one of the students and have never stopped teaching since.
